Although this time of year is often filled with joy, for some it is also filled with sadness for our own personal and unique reasons. If you are someone who is feeling this way I hope this light hearted post finds you well & even distracts you from reality into a world of glitter and safety.
I decided to treat myself with a few new cosmetic products over December. Summer is my favourite time of year so I find myself getting out of the house more, becoming more inspired and therefore becoming more experimental with my art, life, makeup and products. - (Well sometimes.. it is my favourite time to be completely bare and wrapped in the oceans waves but there's no harm in switching things up)
In the image above is just some of my favourites from this month & I will tell you why.
Urban Decay - Chill Setting Spray
This setting spray would have to my favourite one yet. I use it after my makeup application. For special occasions I will also use it during, spraying on my already damp sponge to assure everything is set in place and won't move throughout the day and night. I find spraying my sponge makes a huge difference in the overall finish and longevity of my makeup.
The chill spray has time-release temperature control technology to "chill" the surface of your makeup which definitely helps to prolong the wear also.

Bespoke Lashes
I'm always on the search for wispy lashes and these are perfect. I purchased two different styles - "Lilli" (Worn in the pictures above) & "Florence" which are fuller and something I am excited to wear for a more dramatic look.

Too Faced - Glitter Glue
Iv'e never personally never found applying glitter or loose pigments difficult or even messy so I was hesitant on giving this a try however it has made a huge difference! This glue allows your chosen product to sit exactly where you place it and iv'e found that when I use this my eye looks are a lot more crisp and clean. I think i'm addicted now and won't ever go without when it comes to glitter looks.
